This year's funds will continue to support youth programming in Marquette County. An advisory board has been created so that multiple youth organizations can apply for the funds. The Great Lakes Rodeo will be held at Marquette County Fair Grounds, June 14 th and 15 th, Father's Day Weekend. This event brings in professional cowboys and cowgirls from across the Midwest to participate and spectators from throughout the Upper Peninsula to cheer them on. The event includes bull riding, barrel racing, bareback riding, team roping and much more.
